By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

IV Infusion and Wellness offers mobile intravenous (IV) therapy services delivered by licensed registered nurses under the medical oversight of our supervising physician. Treatments are administered at the client's home, hotel, office, or other approved location within our service area.

All services are intended for general wellness, hydration, and symptom relief. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of serious medical conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

 

2. Eligibility

To book and receive our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if a minor)

• Provide accurate medical history and disclose all relevant health conditions

• Be physically and mentally capable of consenting to treatment

• Not be under the influence of substances that would compromise safe treatment

We reserve the right to refuse service if, in the professional judgment of our clinical team, treatment would be unsafe or inappropriate.

 

3. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied directly to your final invoice upon completion of your service. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

 

By booking, you confirm that the information you provide — including your contact details, address, and medical history — is accurate and complete.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free Cancellation Window: Clients have a 2-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund of the $50 deposit.

• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after the 2-hour window, or no-shows at the scheduled appointment, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. This fee compensates our team for the time, supplies, and travel reserved for your appointment.

• How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule, contact us at [phone] or [email]. Cancellation requests must be received in writing or by phone to be valid.

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost outside the cancellation window, subject to availability.

 

5. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (for eligible services), and contactless payment, which includes Venmo and Cashapp. Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Failed or disputed payments may result in collection efforts, and any costs associated with collection (including attorney's fees) may be added to the unpaid balance.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Our IV therapy services are intended for general wellness, hydration, and symptom support. 8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IV Infusion and Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

 

9. Service Area & Travel

We currently service Nashville, TN and surrounding areas within our designated radius. Appointments outside this area may be subject to additional travel fees, communicated at the time of booking.
